Membership & Shooting Fees
In order to maintain and be able to update our facilities we charge a membership fee to join the club. Details of these fees and what’s included can be seen below. We keep our fees as low as possible to ensure it is affordable and available to everyone. Alongside this, we charge a very reasonable shooting fee for attendance.
Adult Club Membership
Over 18- This fee helps cover the essential costs of running the club, including facility upkeep, buildings insurance, and general operational expenses.

Don’t worry if you’re new to the sport and don’t have your own equipment just yet! We’ve got a well-stocked armoury we’d be happy to loan out for a £2 per session fee.
Completely New to Archery?
We run frequent beginner courses (often two or 3 a year) on a 1-to-1 or paired basis to provide you with all the knowledge and skills you need to safely and enjoyably see if archery is right for you. We have 4 fully trained coaches who would be delighted to help you.
Updated Membership Process (From 1 January 2026)
Archery GB has changed the way archers in Great Britain pay for their membership. Previously, our club acted as a single point of contact and handled all payments on your behalf. From 1 January 2026, all new and renewing archers must now join or renew directly with Archery GB.
What this means for you
• The club no longer collects Archery GB, Lincolnshire County Archery Society, or East Midlands Archery Society fees.
• Every archer is now responsible for maintaining their own Archery GB membership, which is currently £65 per year.
• At the moment, Archery GB does not offer monthly instalments or direct debit options for this fee.
We Understand Cost Matters
Starting a new hobby can be expensive, and we want to make joining as accessible as possible.
To support new members, we now offer:
- 8 weeks of free equipment hire
After completing your beginners’ course and joining the club, you can use club bows and arrows at no cost for your first eight weeks. - Just £2 per session after that
This small fee helps us cover the ongoing maintenance of bows, arrows, and other essential equipment.
In Summary
• You join or renew directly with Archery GB (£65)
• You pay the club only for club membership and shoot fees (£72 annually, and can be split into monthly payments of £6, With a nightly shoot fee of £3 per session)
• We provide 8 weeks of free equipment use to help you get started
• After that, equipment hire is £2 per session
